CAMPERS MAY ATTEND ONLY ONE SESSION OF CAMP. Please DO NOT register for both sessions. The convenience fee will not be reimbursed if a camper registers for both sessions.

REQUIRED FORMS which MUST be uploaded (HERE) prior to camp:

- University Health Form (PDF Download Here) or a copy of the most recent physical from your Physician
- Immunization Record

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds less a $100 administrative fee will be made for cancellations up to a month in advance. There will be no refund for cancellations less than a month to the start of camp unless due to injury. If injured, the campers must present a doctor's note to receive the refund less the $100 administrative fee.
